This seems a particularly extreme example but everyone from the BBC, National Trust etc to Nikon are guilty of it.

BBC? I wanted to enter the Country File contest this year. Are they doing this too? I didn't think I noticed it in their rules, but then I did scan read it because - hey - its auntie Beeb.
